Meet Crystal Parsley — entrepreneur, marketing maven, travel enthusiast, real estate investor, and the woman behind The Vincy List.
With a career spanning decades in business, entertainment, tourism, hospitality, transportation, real estate, innovative beauty services and marketing, Crystal brings a uniquely diverse perspective to her mission of helping people discover the very best of St. Vincent & the Grenadines.
Crystal is a proud graduate of South Carolina State University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Marketing and served as an intern for NASA, under the leadership of the The Department of Engineering Technology. She also studied at the University of the District of Columbia, where she was crowned Miss Homecoming, and served as an intern with Universal Records, contributing to lifestyle and street marketing promotional efforts for celebrated artists including Lil Wayne and the controversial Remy Ma.. During her tenure at UDC, Crystal invented the Black Men’s Summit and introduced it to leadership at UDC; it would later be a featured annual program on BET networks.
Crystal went on to earn a master's degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communication from Georgetown University. Her professional journey has taken her from the entertainment industry to the world of luxury hospitality and beyond, including casino marketing and off-site promotions at Caesar’s Horseshoe Casino, bringing people together through festivals, special events, and experiential marketing.
Crystal's love for discovering great places and experiences runs deep. She served as the DC Cocktail Examiner for Examiner.com, covering Washington, D.C.'s vibrant cocktail scene, attending exclusive liquor-industry events, and exploring the people and places behind the city's hospitality culture.
Her experience also spans decades of real estate investment and property-related work, including luxury apartment leasing, real estate sales, title services, and property management. In transportation and tourism, she has worked with charter bus companies, hotels, rideshare platforms, and major driver acquisition initiatives, giving her a firsthand understanding of how people move, travel, and experience a destination.
Crystal has built a career in business development, sales, and marketing, with extensive experience across insurance, retirement administration, and customer-facing industries. A member of Alpha Kappa Psi, professional business fraternity, Crystal believes in integrity of business and foresight in regional and global operations. As a proud mother, adventurer, and artist, Crystal is a woman who has never been afraid to explore a new opportunity.
